I joined a group of Auckland Ulyssians today riding down the western side of the Waikato River then crossing at Rangiriri and having lunch at the small town of Te Kauwhata. I was last in Te Kauwhata five weeks ago, approaching it from the opposite direction.
It seems slightly odd to me that the main cafes in Te Kauwhata are both part of the Bakehouse chain and have near identical menus.
