Day 142, Wednesday 10 January 2018.
I rode with a group of North Harbour Ulyssians to Pūhoi today. Pūhoi is a settlement founded by German-speaking Catholics in 1863. It’s about 45 km north of Auckland, but we didn’t get there the straightforward way and approached it from the north. We had lunch at the Puhoi Valley Cafe and Cheese Store.
Distance travelled: 167 km. Total distance so far: 18,867 km
