I went to visit Waitangi Falls today, a small waterfall and swimming hole near Waiuku. The main falls would be about 3 m high, and there are some cascades a few metres further down. There’s a steep bank which people can scramble down to the swimming hole, or a track with some steps which takes you to the cascades.
Afterwards I explored the Glenbrook Beach area, which I was expecting to be just a beach, but it is a small suburb with substantial development of new properties underway.
