I led an Auckland Ulysses ride to Nikau Caves today. I was wondering what condition the road would be in after the heavy rain recently. There was a little bit of moss on the road in places, and uneven surfaces in other places, but on the whole it was good. Nikau Caves Cafe was warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed our lunch there.
