Day 327, Saturday 14 July 2018
I walked through the Ayr Reserve in Parnell today. This park slopes down from north to south. The western side is mainly grassy fields, too steep for sports and without paths. On a damp day like today, they were a bit muddy. The eastern side has a small stream running down it, with a path alongside. Most of this path is in good condition, but there was a few metres near the bottom where the formed path has disappeared and sloppy mud covers the track. Vegetation is mixed, with some prominent cabbage trees along the eastern path, and a stand of large trees on the western side.
Distance travelled: 11 km. Total distance so far: 41,452 km
