Cox’s Bay Reserve runs between Richmond Road in Ponsonby and Cox’s Bay on the Waitematā Harbour. Cox Stream, originally called Opouteheka, runs through it, and a walkway goes along the stream and through wetlands. There are some lovely mature trees at the south end. On the other side of the wetlands, Hukanui Reserve has a bit of height to it giving a good view of the area.
