I had a meeting today at the Auckland Museum, so I rode in with my laptop in one pannier and a change of clothes in the other. The museum has only one motorcycle park, and that is occupied by a rubbish skip (as it was last time I visited), so I parked in one of the few available car spaces, but stayed well over to one side in case another motorcycle came by looking for a park. After the meeting, a small car had parked in the space beside me, and I felt pleased that we had together made maximum use of the space.
